Why do we need someone else to globally source my products, why can't we do it ourselves?
Setting up a reliable, efficient sourcing program is time-consuming and costly. Trial and error is the wrong way to globally source products. A company cannot blindly attempt to establish a network of global suppliers without performing extensive and ongoing quality control audits. Mistakes are costly.
